I am a Guest Designer at
Incy Wincy Designs
this month
(yippee!!)
and I have been having great fun with this little guy from
Doodle Pantry
while working on the newest Challenge Inspiration
Add Texture
I've got loads of texture here - starting with the dry embossing on the
1st layer, which was also embossed with
clear embossing powder.
Inside sentiment - sorry, I couldn't resist.....
Notice the glitter with the (yellow) snow
Didn't have any yellow glitter so I improvised with some acrylic paint and then added the glitter
The image was colored using water color pencils (I don't have markers, yet).
Looking into Spectrum Noir
(any comments?)
After coloring the little bluebird, I sprayed him with
Goosebumps
(a new product I JUST bought from
Blitsy
a few weeks ago and hadn't had the opportunity to use it).
LOVE IT!!!
Here is a close up of the texture it gives
I cut the "snow" out free hand and used colored pencils in a
light blue to add some "drifts" and
went to town on some iridescent glitter.

I had a little difficulty getting my digis and layers to stick and
had to use all my paperweights to help out a little
(a little too much glitter?
..... Never in this studio!!!
I distressed the "Be Cool" sentiment (which comes with these images) and sprayed it with the Goosebumps, too.
I hope you enjoy him and remember to visit out Sponsors!!
Without them, we wouldn't have such great challenges!
