Mamma Said There'd Be Days Like This

Anything Goes is the new challenge #53 at QKR this week.

I've used the Mamma Said sentiment for my Design Team Inspiration Card

(you can purchase it here)

I tried a new technique this week - a lattice card - obviously I need to practice this a little more, but interesting card.
I've thought of numerous variations I would like to try next time I make one of these.

I'd like to give a shout out to Valita  for posting the tutorial showing me how to do this technique.
This is her link for the tutorial
I also learned how to make the hydrangea flowers from a heart punch on her site
Thanks for sharing!

Here is my photo tutorial

I'm Not Messy! I'm Creative!

What a great sentiment for us "crafty, creative" types!

It's from Mark's Finest Papers and Stamps (a Hendrick Company)

and I'm using it for my

 FOSTV

(Friends of Speedy TV)
for my Design Team inspiration card this week for the

 Sentiment Only Challenge #86.

Oh, Nuts!

I Miss You!

Great little card to send to some family I've been thinking about so very much lately.
It's my Design Team (DT) inspiration for the

 Food Challenge

 at

Tammy's Scrapin Corner

this week.
 I've used our Sponser,

 Eureka

 Digi's  - Nutty Squirrel and
Oh Nuts sentiment, as well as their
"I Miss You" sentiment on the inside.

I hope you have a few minutes to scroll through my photo tutorial.

Jeesh - I'm REALLY wishing that I had some
 markers -
sometimes the colored pencils look great for me and
 sometimes they,
 well, they just
DON'T.
I have several different brands of them and am wondering i
f their differences are not allowing them to blend together.
  Any suggestions?

Please leave a comment with any questions regarding products or techniques I used.
I would love to hear what you think.

Wishing you a blessed Monday!
Trudy
