Bonjour

This adorable Parisian Pretty comes from
who is our sponsor this week at
The Theme for Challenge #75 is
Hugs and Wishes.

Basic Instructions:

The 5 x 5 polka dot background paper was embossed by using the cut out of the flourish,
dabbed with embossing powder and heat embossed.
The die cut was then put over the embossing with glue dots.
Bling was added randomly to the flourishes.
Lace was attached to the background paper and attached to the base of the 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 gray card stock.  Bling was added to the lace.
The image and it's background layer were cut with my Grand Calibur machine,
taking care to fussy cut the top of the image (around her beret)
and put on top of the die before cutting .
The image was mounted with foam tape to it's background and then attached to the card.
Bling was added randomly to the image block.

You've got a chance to win one of her
awesome stamps
if you play along and win.
