This card is a perfect example of exactly how layouts don't always go right and you have to go to plan "B"

 Anyone notice that I taped the "image" upside down...... LOL

Guess I should have coffee BEFORE I start working on cards at 5:30 in the morning!

 This is the embossed background I ended up using (right over the top of the first one).

 This was the first try and the first layer - just didn't work right.

 And once everything got turned around and right side up - it is a very nice card.
