It's A Winged Thing

My inspiration card for 

Tammy's Scrapin Corner's 

Challenge  #67

Anything With Wings

is full of purples and mint greens

It is the Garden Square Digi from

Eureka Stamps

The image was colored based upon 

accessories I had on had and 

knew I wanted to add to this creation.

 Card base is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches (purple) layered with a 5 1/4 x 5 1/4 inch piece of black card stock.  Ribbons (purple sheer base with 1/8" mint green satin) were added on a diagonal and attached with Scor-Tape (1/8" is the only size I own right now, but can see that some larger size should be on my wish list).

 The digital was completed with colored pencils and cut to

 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches 

(much larger than just the image itself). 

 I added 1/8" scor tape around the black edge of the image and 

applied glitter, the remaining 1/8" white card stock was

 distressed with Shabby Shutters. 

 The image was then mounted to a piece of the purple card stock, 

cut to size and "aged" with a distressing tool.

 The two layers with attached with foam tape. 

 Embellishments were added to corners, image and card base.
