This is my first time trying the faux cloisonne stamping with embossing powders.
I really like the effect and it is so easy to do.
I used the October release
(the largest flower)
to stamp my image on a page torn from a flower catalog with Versamark and then heat embossed with Recollections Clear Gold Sparkle Embossing Powder.
Then I fussy cut the flower.
After dry embossing a 5 1/4" x 4" dark purple piece of card stock with a Cuttlebug D'vine Swirls folder, attach a 6" piece of lace to the bottom of the panel with 1/8" score tape so that the bottom of the lace is even with the bottom of the panel.
Attach both to a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (folded size) card base in white.
Die cut the leaves with the Cricut picturesque set to your preferred size, distress with Tim Holtz Shabby Shutters Ink and Memento Pistachio Dye Ink.
I roll my leaves with a tooth pick to give them some dimension then added them to my card with micro dot double sided adhesives.
Attach the fussy cut flower on top of the leaves using your ATG.
Stamp the "LOVE" sentiment (on the same dark purple scrap) from the
with Versamark and heat emboss with the same gold embossing powder. Cut with a Labels Twenty die from Spellbinders Nestabilities.
Use the same die to emboss a piece of white and fussy cut on the outside distress with Memento LuLu Lavender Dye Ink and attach to the sentiment with foam tape.
Attach this to the card base with additional foam tape.
Finish the inside as desired.
