ReplyDeleteBoo-rific treat bags. Thanks for sharing the steps. I'll have to give them a try. Started to decorate my house for Halloween. I get out the styrofoam pumpkins my hubby carved. Since they are styrofoam I can use them each & every yr. Most are of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow.
