which I used for my Design Team 

Inspiration Card

a step card

for Challenge #68

at

Tammy's Scrapin Corner

The base of the card was distressed with ink using a make up sponge.

I used some white card stock and 

Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Paints

 to color my background.

Added a strip of 1/8" scor tape and turquoise glitter.

I colored the image with colored pencils, 

added glitter around the punch, and 

liquid pearls was painted over the

 butterfly and 

around the edges of the image.

I added some clear glitter to the "bubbles"

The sentiments were fancy cut and

 mounted to gray card stock and 

attached to the card with foam tape.  

I added some extra bling and a few dots of liquid pearls to finish off the card

 this Beware of the Dog Image and Sentiment from

 The Stamping Chef.

It was my choice for the 

Paper Piecing Challenge #70 at

 Love To Create this week.

I believe that each one of us has our own interpretation of paper piecing 

and I'm not sure if mine is right or wrong, 

or if there really is a right or wrong on this technique.

Based on the detail cutting involved I'm not going to give 

step by step instructions on this card,

 but if you follow along with the 

photo tutorial,

 I think you can get the basic idea of

 what I'm trying to accomplish for this theme.
